I'm new to Joomla and am just trying to figure out how to handle multiple sites while using Joomla. I am reading a book and it had a test site that you created so that you could work with all the tools that Joomla offered. I've pretty much done that and am now ready to get started on my own site. How do I do that with Joomla? Do I have to install it for every website? It doesn't seem like I do.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
