hello... i'm wonder why there is no template manager in my Joomla! admin page? is there anything wrong? it is difficult to me to change layout in my joomla page.

another problem is, why i can't upload file using update package file. it said "failed to move file".

for your information,, i just continue my friends work, so i update the website in other pc not at the server. thank you....^_^
