I have recently received a request from one of my readers to provide a printable PDF of all of the articles on HowToJoomla. My first thought was, "Great idea!", but after I looked into what it would take to make this happen, I started to realize that it might be difficult to accomplish given the fact that my time is limited due to other obligations. So, my question to you is, how many of you would be interested in a PDF file with all of the HowToJoomla articles? If so, how much would you be willing to pay for this service? $1? $5? More than that? My first idea is to use a service like Fundable to raise enough money from your donations so that I can create this PDF and then release it to the community for free. What do you think? Please respond in the comments below.

Cory, there's a (commercial) component that was written especially for the purpose of exporting all content on a site to a PDF: http://extensions.joomla.org/c...Itemid,35/ I'm not affiliated in any way but thought you might like to know. Sounds like a good idea, I am only new to Joomla, not sure how big your article would be, and how useful it will be when the next version of Joomla come out, or is it for a historical reference

I would be happy to help. To me it sems like a copy past job, then dump it into pagemaker or the likes, some dtp and voila. Been looking at your site for the first time today and think its a great Joomla resource. If you wanna discuss let me know!

Hi Cory,
I had a problem when print an article as pdf by using joomla default. When you clicked the icon then new window will pop-up, but it's empty. Do you know why? How to enable it? Looking forward to your reply 5 report abuse
